The Open Kinetic Modeling (OpenKM) Initiative is aimed at opening up more educational opportunities and research resources on tracer kinetic modeling in the technical community of molecular imaging.
The OpenKM Initiative (OpenKMI.org) has made a two-year plan (2022-2023) with educational funding support from the IEEE Nuclear & Plasma Sciences Society (NPSS). Open short courses will be organized to disseminate tracer kinetic modeling basics. Moreover, open webinars will be hosted to promote advanced technical topics and career opportunities. Furthermore, effort will be made to initiate more open-access datasets and codes for the technical community.
