PETPVC: toolbox for partial volume correction in PET

PETPVC is a toolbox for partial volume correction (PVC) in positron emission tomography (PET). The package offers a method for applying partial volume correction (PVC) to positron emission tomography (PET) data. PETPVC is an open-source toolbox that provides eight core methods, able to correct for the tissue-fraction effect where appropriate data are available, including region-based voxel-wise correction (RBV), the Labbé method (LAB) and deconvolution techniques. The software was developed to be integrated into existing processing pipelines or used a basis for developing PVC approaches.PETPVC-logo
